This Technical Surveillance Counter Measures Introduction  Training Course is designed for those who work in an area where the threat of electronic penetration is ongoing and where in house skills are needed alongside

To use counter-surveillance equipment with the maximum success, it is also necessary to understand the thought process and actions of those who use technical surveillance, other information gathering and espionage techniques.

This qualification meets the requirements for those operating in the Technical Surveillance Counter Measures role in support or part of personal protection or corporate security operations

The Aims

  • To develop the knowledge and skills to enable students to perform effective TSCM operations applicable to their own specific operating environment and threat level
  • Demonstrate the skills, knowledge and competence to provide awareness assistance and information regarding technical surveillance techniques at an entry level and in support of dedicated TSCM professionals
  • Demonstrate basic search and threat mitigation  through practical demonstrations and hands on use and written assessment
